Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
Our approach
Aviation schedules move — ours flexes with them. This policy is designed to be fair in both directions: easy rescheduling for genuine operational reasons, and reasonable protection for committed time and travel.
Rescheduling and cancellation by you
More than 48 hours before the booking: reschedule or cancel free of charge.
Within 48 hours: we may charge reasonable costs already committed (such as travel or non-returnable products), stated to you at the time.
On arrival / aircraft unavailable: where we attend site and the aircraft cannot be made available and no alternative work is possible, we may charge for travel and reasonable attendance time.
Fleet programme visits are rescheduled within the programme rather than charged, per the programme agreement.
Cancellation by us
If weather, airfield restrictions or circumstances on our side prevent a visit, we reschedule promptly at no charge — and any deposit is carried forward or refunded, as you prefer.
Deposits
Where a deposit was taken, it is applied to the final invoice, carried to the rescheduled date, or refunded where a cancellation is free under this policy.
Consumers
If you book as a consumer at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within that period, you may be charged for what has been performed if you then cancel. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
