Service Terms

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Draft for review. This document was professionally prepared but must be reviewed by the business — and where appropriate a qualified adviser — and the placeholder business details completed, before the website launches publicly.

Scope of these terms

These Service Terms describe how our appearance services are performed on site. They form part of our Terms & Conditions; where the two differ, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

Site and access requirements

You arrange our access to the aircraft (hangar, apron or airfield), including any permissions, escorts or passes the site requires, unless agreed otherwise in the quotation. Wet washing requires a location where rinse water is permitted and manageable; where a site restricts run-off we will advise on dry-wash alternatives.

We need reasonable working space around the aircraft and, for interior work and machine polishing, access to power where stated in the quotation.

Aircraft preparation

Please remove or secure valuables, documents and loose equipment before interior work. Tell us in advance about known fragile areas — thin or previously polished paint, damaged transparencies, non-standard finishes, repairs — so methods can be adapted. Undisclosed pre-existing conditions are at your risk as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Photography

We may photograph work in progress and completed aircraft, and may use those photographs on our website and social media to show the standard of our work. If you would prefer your aircraft, its registration or your operation not to appear, tell us before or during the visit and nothing will be published. You can also ask us at any time to remove an image that has already been published, and we will take it down promptly.

How we work

Sensors (pitot, static, vanes, vents) are covered and flagged before washing and verified removed at completion via a cover-on / cover-off checklist. We do not use pressure washers. Products are selected for aviation use, and surfaces with special regimes — de-icing boots, TKS panels, matte finishes, brightwork, fabric — are treated accordingly or excluded and noted.

We do not remove panels, disturb control surfaces beyond normal cleaning contact, or perform any task that constitutes maintenance. Anything we notice that appears to need engineering attention is reported to you and left alone.

Weather and scheduling

Exterior work is weather-dependent. Where conditions make the work impossible or would compromise the result, we will reschedule at no charge — coordinated with your operations wherever we can.

Condition-dependent results

Outcomes depend on the condition of the surfaces we start with. Etched staining, aged oxidation, deep scratches, crazing and worn materials may be improved rather than eliminated, and we will always say which before work begins. Protection product durability statements reflect manufacturer guidance and fair operating conditions.

Completion and handback

Work concludes with a walk-round with you or your representative wherever practical. Anything you're not satisfied with is addressed before we leave site or, where that isn't possible, arranged promptly. Service records and photographs of the work are available on request.
