A managed programme across your whole fleet, year-round.
Fleet Appearance Management
A fleet can't rely on someone remembering to book a wash. Fleet Appearance Management replaces ad-hoc cleaning with managed appearance: we assess the fleet, reset every airframe, agree what 'presentable' means for your operation, and then hold that standard — visit after visit, aircraft after aircraft, with digital reporting that proves it.
Restorative work is never performed on autopilot: every visit inspects, every report recommends, and deeper work happens only where an aircraft genuinely needs it — quoted separately, decided by you. It's the programme our Tatenhill flying-school work runs on.
Built for

- Charter fleets
- Multiple aircraft operators
What the programme delivers

Recommended from inspection — never by default
- Per-aircraft deep details where condition warrants
- Protection renewal on airframes that need it

Fleet-wide inspection data means money goes to the airframes that need work — not evenly to airframes that don't.
How the programme runs
- 1Fleet assessment — every airframe honestly surveyed
- 2Initial reset detail — each aircraft brought to the baseline

Questions
Fleet Appearance Management — questions answered
How do we start without committing the whole fleet?
One aircraft, one reset detail, judged on the result — that's how our existing school programme began. The fleet assessment then scopes the rest honestly, including anything that doesn't need us yet.
Do you handle mixed fleets — types, bases, schedules?
Yes. Methods are set per type, scheduling per aircraft, and the standard per operation. Multi-base fleets are planned as grouped runs so travel never dominates cost.
Is this maintenance in the engineering sense?
No — Blue Horizon Aviation provides appearance care only: cleaning, detailing, protection and presentation. Programmes are designed to complement your maintenance organisation, never overlap it.

Tell us what you operate, where it lives and how it flies — the proposal comes back honestly scoped, with one clear arrangement.
